Privacy Policy

D2D Sports (“D2D”, “we”) runs social football and futsal leagues in Singapore. This policy covers d2dsports.com and the D2D mobile app, and explains what personal data we hold, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Squad records. Team captains enter their players: full name, the name shown publicly, kit number, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Date of birth is used to check age eligibility for divisions such as Veterans, and to confirm identity when a player links their account.
Account details. Signing in to the app uses either a mobile number or an email address. We store whichever you use, so we can recognise you next time.
Match and attendance data. Goals, assists and cards recorded by league staff, and the check-in scan at the venue on match nights, which forms your appearance record.
Photographs. Match photography published in news posts and galleries.
Device tokens. If you allow notifications, a push token for your device so we can send match alerts.
Registration and payment. Team registrations are paid through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them.
What is public
League tables, fixtures, results, scorer and discipline tables, and club pages are public. On those, a player is identified by their display name and kit number only.
Date of birth, email address and mobile number are never shown publicly. They are visible only to that player, their team captains, and D2D staff.
Why we hold it
To run the leagues: registering teams, checking eligibility, admitting players at the venue, recording results, and producing the standings and statistics that make up the competition. Contact details are used to reach players and captains about their matches, and to send the alerts you have opted into.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the platform work: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS verification codes and WhatsApp messages), Resend (email), and Expo (push notifications). Each handles data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Squad records, results and appearances are kept for as long as D2D runs the league, because past seasons remain part of the competition’s history. Sign-in accounts are kept until you delete them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the app. That removes your sign-in and unlinks you from your squad profile, permanently.
Your club’s squad record itself stays. It belongs to the team rather than to the account, and it holds the goals, cards and appearances that the published league tables are calculated from — removing it would alter results for everyone else in the division. After deletion it simply returns to being an unclaimed squad entry. If you want that record removed as well, contact us and we will handle it case by case.
Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for us to use it. Captains can correct most squad details themselves; anything else, contact us.
Children
Our leagues are for adults. Where a division admits players under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to the squad record being created.
